With all the series that has been coming out since January 2013, finally we have comes to a real casting that die hard fans will totally dive into with - the '72 Ford Ranchero! What i am talking about is that this model has never been release in mainline series til now. Furthermore, the most interesting part is that the base is made of diecast/metal. And it is very HEAVY! I love the body color - SPECTRAFLAME PURPLE. Really nice modern color on an oldies car! :) Not to mentioned the REAL RIDER RUBBER TIRES CHROME COBRA SPOKES WHEELS. Let's check it out both editions..

Before this model was revealed, early rumor has it that the next super THUNT was a repeated model from this year mainline super THUNT which is the '71 El Camino (SPECTRAFLAME BURNT ORANGE). Well, since this model has been released & truth has been revealed, let us compare between these 2 models..
Well, there you have it. Even though '71 El Camino's casting is more bulky & bigger than '72 Ford Ranchero, but still, '72 Ford Ranchero has the looks of its own. And its heavy too! :)
And for the wording on the base stamped 'made in Malaysia' has been made some changes from sliding font to a straight fonts. If that is how we call it. Not just from this model but other mainline models also have these changes starting from early February 2013.
Alright then. I guess that's it for now.
I hope you all enjoy my blog & will be back for more updates just for you. :)
