2013 - UPDATED: POS MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL SMALL PACKET HAS FINALLY DROP DOWN THE PRICES INTO HALF! - 29.MAY.2013

Ever since the price for POS MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL SMALL PACKET has been increased enormously in mid MAY 2013, ALOT of people who uses the services for all kinds of purposes (business or pleasure) has been really unhappy about this matter. After i have post this matter to inform all who uses this services has been a success due to the people who bring this matter to their (POS MALAYSIA AUTHORITIES) attention, we have finally have an affordable & reasonable price to pay for the services they provided.

This is how i knew when i personally when to my local post office to ask for the price for registered mail to overseas using small packet. And this is how i asked:

me: Hi. Can i ask is the price for international small packet to oversea still the same?
post officer: Oh..the price has drop. It has been dropped to half price from the recently increased price.
me: How come?
post officer: Many people complaint at the internet.
me: Oh ok.

Well, this is how our Malaysian system works. Like it or not. It has been like this for a long long time now. And again, there's no public announcement. No local TV broadcast, newspapers or radio broadcast announcement. Not even in their own POS MALAYSIA web site. So, how do we know? You just have to be at the post office and ASK AROUND.

Here's the NEW CHANGED RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SMALL PACKET:

There you have it. A piece of A4 size photocopy paper from the photo-stated copy. And this has to be ask from the post officer in order to get this piece. As you can see, there is no statement stating why suddenly all these rates has been lower down & what about the previously people who has paid for their sudden enormous increased rates. Is there any refund back? That would be a question that will never have an answer.

I hope that this rate will stay as they are and do keep an eye on the INTERNATIONAL SMALL PACKET's rate coz we never know when will they increased it again. Please ask the post officer at the counter there for solid confirmation every time you post your parcel, ok. Safe this information at your electronic device or photo copy a piece and brings it with you whenever you go to the post office for delivery purposes.
