2014 HOT WHEELS MAINLINE F CASE - 28 CARS WITH LOTS OF VARIATIONS SPOTTED ON: 29.JANUARY.2014

Since most of you have seen the contains of all the cars in this F Case series, but i have been doing alot of research on this wave as some of you might have seen the videos posted by mushedroom in youtube, as he has been crazy about the car called The Homer (LIME GREEN), the cartoon mobile in the long run TV series The Simpsons. Just because of that car, he went & purchased 3 different codes for F cases just to get it. So, it is very interesting to watch his videos just to see all the contains inside these 3 boxes that he has purchased and also did a comparison to this wave (F Cases). Not every case in F Cases has The Homer car. Before i start to list down all the new, recolor, regular & SUPER Treasure Hunt$ cars in this wave, let's take a look on these videos for UNBOXING F Cases. I only show these videos above for you all so that you can compare it and hopefully doesn't miss out any interesting cars you might miss out, ok. One interesting thing i wanna point out is that now NOT ALL CASES has the regular Treasure Hunt! This is not good thing for anyone that has bought the whole case. So, let's get down to it. In this case, you will find the 6th Regular Treasure Hunt of 2014 called Loop Coupe (LITE GREY). Check it out.

As for the INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION, i have not yet found a clear picture for you but i have a small picture which almost looks like the real SUPER TREASURE HUNT$ INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION.

The reason i mentioned 'looks like real' for this edition is because the car inside the blister is the REAL ORIGINAL SUPER TREASURE HUNT car but the card itself is not. The above pic is a CUSTOM MADE. Here's a small guideline for you to identify which is which ones, alright.

The one on the left side is regular version and the right side is the super TH$. The car printed on card has a few differences not like any other super TH$ cars which you can identify their differences of the wheels straightaway. Hopefully i can find a clear version of the INTERNATIONAL short card edition soon and post it here to share it with you, ok.

For this casting, i have found 3 different BUBBLEs/BLISTERs for INTERNATIONAL long card edition. Take a look from left to right, they are:
1. Slight Curve at right side blister & a little bit of L shape curve at left bottom side of the blister.
   ~ I didn't know how to called this blister, that's why either i explain it here or you just look at the blister shown above, ok.)  hehe .. :)
2. FIT-TO-CAR #2 SHAPE BLISTER.
   ~ Why this blister is called #2 is because this blister is not fully fit the car as there is another type which almost looks like this shape of the blister. Let me show you.

This is the 2013 #199 Scion FR-S (METAFLAKE RED) car model which uses the same blister as this #2 blister. The rear left side of the blister is flat. The sample of FIT-TO-CAR #1 SHAPE BLISTER is the one shown below.

This is the one that uses fully wrap the car to be fitted in this blister shape - FIT-TO-CAR #1 SHAPE BLISTER.

3. N SHAPE BLISTER.
  ~ I called this the N shape blister is because it is fully square on top and has 2 curves at both end bottom of the blister.
For U.S. LONG CARD EDITION, it only has one shape blister, which is the N SHAPE BLISTER.
Now, for the INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION, there is 3 types of shape blisters.

1. Slight Curve at right side blister & a little bit of L shape curve at left bottom side of the blister.
2. FIT-TO-CAR #1 SHAPE BLISTER.
  ~ So, this is the one that i am talking about which has fully wrapped the car in its blister.
3. N SHAPE BLISTER.
At this time, i haven't found the FIT-TO-CAR #2 BLISTER SHAPE for short card edition.

2014 #45 HW PURSUIT (RED+WHITE)

As you can see, the INTERNATIONAL LONG CARD EDITION only have one type of shape blister - RIGHT SIDE L CURVE SHAPE BLISTER. The U.S. LONG CARD EDITION has 3 types shape of blisters. From left to right:
1. LONGER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.
  ~ The reason i mentioned LONGER is because this type of blister is to fit longer cars as there is another type which is more shorter.
2. RIGHT SIDE L CURVE SHAPE BLISTER.
3. RIGHT SIDE SLIGHT CURVE + LEFT REAR SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.
  ~ Haha.. This is harder than i thought just to named a few of this blister shapes. A more clear pics to show you the exact shape of these blister shape shown below.

 At this time, i only manage to find this one type of blister shape for INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION. LONGER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.

2014 #54 ARACHNOROD (ORANGE+BLACK)

For INTERNATIONAL CARD, only has one type of shape found at this time - RIGHT SIDE SLIGHT CURVE + LEFT REAR SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER. As for both U.S. LONG CARD & INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION, only found one type of shape blister - LONGER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.

2014 #63 THE TUMBLER - CAMOUFLAGE VERSION

For INTERNATIONAL LONG CARD EDITION, there's only one shape found at this time - COMPLETE SHORTER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER. As for the U.S. LONG CARD EDITION, there's 2 types:
1. COMPLETE SHORTER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.
2. PYRAMID SHAPE BLISTER.
  ~ For this type of shape blister, I called it the PYRAMID SHAPE BLISTER is because both ends has slight curves - right side has slightly bump slight curve and left side is completely flat slight curve. For your info, This piece of shape blister is the hardest and rare to find! :D

For INTERNATIONAL SHORT CARD EDITION, found 2 types:

1. COMPLETE SHORTER SQUARE SHAPE BLISTER.
2. PYRAMID SHAPE BLISTER.

All INTERNATIONAL & U.S. LONG CARD has the same type of blister shape except the one that has the YELLOW STRIPE printed on the card, which is extremely rare to find it so far ONLY in JAPAN. Whether it is an ERROR OR VARIANT, it is still remain unclear for now.

2. FIT-TO-CAR #1 SHAPE BLISTER.

Here's a more clearer view of all 3 types of shape blisters.

 Before i move on to the next car, i wanted to elaborate some tiny detail about the BLISTER used in recently released of this year's cars. If you check and look closely on your collection, you might find a small square blister at one side of both corners of a blister. Check it out.

The picture shown above shows the right top side and left bottom side of the blister has this extra small blisters. And this also doesn't mean that all blisters has the same position as well. My guesses are that Mattel might have done this to improve the solidity of the blister. FINALLY! What i just mentioned that all blisters doesn't have the same position, here's another one with different positions. Check it out.

Not just this type of blister (N SHAPE BLISTER) has this small extra blister attached to it. Other types of blisters also have this same feature as well. Check your collection and found out more yourself, ok. Let's move on.

Alright. I know some of you might get blurry about all these variations spotted at this time. But i can't be sure that there might be more variants that i might miss out. In order to complete a collection such as this needs a large amount of patient and money of course.. hehe. I wanna thanks to all the sellers out there for borrowing your fine taking pics for me to do a full review on all the cars to share it with the rest of the world out there, alright. Really appreciate it very much. It takes me a week or so just to complete this blog just for you all. :D

Oh.. and one more thing, if you did pay attention to those videos i uploaded above, those cases especially the KMART K-DAY CASES which contains 36 cars inside the boxes has some major problems such as intentionally rough cuts opened blisters for the kmart cars ('92 BMW M3-WHITE & SANDBLASTER-FLAT BROWN) and also the '64 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL(BABY BLUE). I think Mattel needs to be more strictly on controlling the quality of the HOT WHEELS card & blister. It is not the fault of the courier services indeed.

As you all know now that Mattel has played a new strategy in their marketing of Hot Wheels ever since late 2013 where i first found out about a massive variations on cards and blisters not to mentioned the all kinds of errors (factory faults) and also to the lastest ones, human hairs were found inside the blisters. haha .. :D

2014 HOT WHEELS 11TH SUPER SECRET/HIDDEN TREASURE HUNT$ INTERNATIONAL CARDED VERSION SPOTTED ON 29.MARCH.2014

By far, this is one of the coolest looking SUPER TREASURE HUNT$ in 2014 mainline series. The '76 GREENWOOD CORVETTE is in SPECTRAFLAME BURNT ORANGE body color with REAL RIDER RUBBER TIRES, LITE YELLOW 8 SPOKES WHEELS. The base is in DARK GREY PLASTIC MATERIAL & with CLEAR PLASTIC WINDOWS. Check it out.
2014 HW WORKSHOP #237 '76 GREENWOOD CORVETTE

The INTERNATIONAL CARDED VERSION has also been appeared on net yesterday (28.MARCH.2014). Check it out.

2014 HW WORKSHOP #237 '76 GREENWOOD CORVETTE

In this version, we will have the very first version with SQUARE BUBBLE/BLISTER in this edition and we might see more various kind of BUBBLE/BLISTER used for this car model as we have seen in the previous version especially the 7TH SUPER TH$ #243 '70 CHEVY CHEVELLE (SPECTRAFLAME PURPLE) & 8TH SUPER TH$ #221 TWIN MILL (SPECTRAFLAME GREEN).

Do look out for this model in this upcoming 2014 MAINLINE L CASEs which probably will be release in late May to mid JUNE 2014 if there is no delay due to bad weather condition in the U.S. ZONE. As the summer has begun in late March this year (if i am not mistaken), hopefully we will have no delay in this great production.

2014 HOT WHEELS U.S. WALMART EXCLUSIVE 4TH OF JULY - COMPLETE SET OF 6 CARS SPOTTED ON 29.MARCH.2014

This is very unusual for this time of year that Hot Wheels 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY SERIES - COMPLETE SET OF 6 CARS has been released at the end of March 2014.

2014 HOT WHEELS U.K. EXCLUSIVE EDITION - QUICK N' SIK IN SPECIAL BODY COLOR - METAFLAKE GOLD! SPOTTED ON 19.MARCH.2014

This model might not be as famous as any sports cars or JDM cars available in the market right now but MATTEL has green light this model QUICK N' SIK has an exclusive piece ONLY IN THE U.K. ZONE! Check it out.

This model is really awesome!!
I kinda like the way Mattel designed the card especially the back cover. It shows most of the important angles of the car and the only shortage of the designed is the car's origin descriptions / introduction.
 
Really exciting just to see the person in this video open up the envelope to get an exclusive car from a mail box! haha.. :D One thing about Mattel sending off a carded form car model in an envelope really not cool though .. really not cool indeed, don't you agree with me? Most of the pics i found on the net for this model has alot of creases, bended, cracked on the card as well as the bubble/blister itself. Well, hopefully if Mattel really has an exclusive car to be sent out to any of the collectors out there, be sure to check with them first either to be send with solid box or envelope, even if it needs to be paid a little bit for the postage, i think it is safe to say it is alright to pay for it so that it is ensure that the exclusive car arrived safely in its original form. Maybe can also include a free protecto-pak eh.. :) Luckily, benjaminDARKE received them safely in its video. :D Congrats, bro! :)

For those of us who lived outside the U.K. zone, the only way to get this model is from either buy it from a friend in the U.K. or buy it from eBay site. hehe.. :)
This model will be the 4th edition body colors since its original released in MARCH 2013 (mainline J Cases) and 5th edition for its variation in various wheels used. I will elaborate more on this model in my upcoming post, ok. Stay tune. :)

2014 HOT WHEELS 1970 HOTCHKIS E-MAX DODGE CHALLENGER SPOTTED U.S. CARDED VERSION! - 25.MARCH.2014

This is not the first time a real life car body tampos has been imprinted in Hot Wheels car and here we have the very first pic to be shown here for this model. Check it out.

The carded form has already been appeared on net and it is in U.S. card edition. You can even buy it now at its HOTCHKIS official web site as well: www.HOTCHKIS.net. for only US$1! Cool eh.. :) Check out the carded form & loose form too.

The mainline series number for this model is #242 out of 250 cars for this year.
For the international release for this car model, we might have to wait for it to release in the month of APRIL 2014 to obtain it. If you take a look at the back of the card, there's a number "BFF18-09BOJ" on top of it which indicates that this model will be release in 2014 Hot Wheels mainline J Cases. For more info on this model, you can check it out here: 1970 HOTCHKIS E-MAX DODGE CHALLENGER. If this model sells like hot cakes, we might even see a more details on the body tampos in the already hot series HOT WHEELS RETRO ENTERTAINMENT! which has both body & base are made of diecast / metal material. :)
