2014 HOT WHEELS U.S. WALMART EXCLUSIVE 4TH OF JULY - COMPLETE SET OF 6 CARS SPOTTED ON 29.MARCH.2014

This is very unusual for this time of year that Hot Wheels 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY SERIES - COMPLETE SET OF 6 CARS has been released at the end of March 2014.
Here are the full list:

#02 - '81 CAMARO (WHITE)
#03 - '73 PONTIAC FIREBIRD (BLACK)
#04 - CORVETTE C6 (RED)
#05 - VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE (BABY BLUE

Currently, not much have been seen on the net but this will be truly be one of the hot selling cars especially the NISSAN 350Z which most of the collectors are aiming for all kinds of JDM cars that Mattel has been hard working to mass production on them... hehe. :)

2014 HOT WHEELS U.K. EXCLUSIVE EDITION - QUICK N' SIK IN SPECIAL BODY COLOR - METAFLAKE GOLD! SPOTTED ON 19.MARCH.2014

This model might not be as famous as any sports cars or JDM cars available in the market right now but MATTEL has green light this model QUICK N' SIK has an exclusive piece ONLY IN THE U.K. ZONE! Check it out.

This model is really awesome!!
I kinda like the way Mattel designed the card especially the back cover. It shows most of the important angles of the car and the only shortage of the designed is the car's origin descriptions / introduction.
 
Really exciting just to see the person in this video open up the envelope to get an exclusive car from a mail box! haha.. :D One thing about Mattel sending off a carded form car model in an envelope really not cool though .. really not cool indeed, don't you agree with me? Most of the pics i found on the net for this model has alot of creases, bended, cracked on the card as well as the bubble/blister itself. Well, hopefully if Mattel really has an exclusive car to be sent out to any of the collectors out there, be sure to check with them first either to be send with solid box or envelope, even if it needs to be paid a little bit for the postage, i think it is safe to say it is alright to pay for it so that it is ensure that the exclusive car arrived safely in its original form. Maybe can also include a free protecto-pak eh.. :) Luckily, benjaminDARKE received them safely in its video. :D Congrats, bro! :)

For those of us who lived outside the U.K. zone, the only way to get this model is from either buy it from a friend in the U.K. or buy it from eBay site. hehe.. :)
This model will be the 4th edition body colors since its original released in MARCH 2013 (mainline J Cases) and 5th edition for its variation in various wheels used. I will elaborate more on this model in my upcoming post, ok. Stay tune. :)

2014 HOT WHEELS 1970 HOTCHKIS E-MAX DODGE CHALLENGER SPOTTED U.S. CARDED VERSION! - 25.MARCH.2014

This is not the first time a real life car body tampos has been imprinted in Hot Wheels car and here we have the very first pic to be shown here for this model. Check it out.

The carded form has already been appeared on net and it is in U.S. card edition. You can even buy it now at its HOTCHKIS official web site as well: www.HOTCHKIS.net. for only US$1! Cool eh.. :) Check out the carded form & loose form too.

The mainline series number for this model is #242 out of 250 cars for this year.
For the international release for this car model, we might have to wait for it to release in the month of APRIL 2014 to obtain it. If you take a look at the back of the card, there's a number "BFF18-09BOJ" on top of it which indicates that this model will be release in 2014 Hot Wheels mainline J Cases. If this model sells like hot cakes, we might even see a more details on the body tampos in the already hot series HOT WHEELS RETRO ENTERTAINMENT! which has both body & base are made of diecast / metal material. :)

2014 HOT WHEELS 9TH SUPER SECRET/HIDDEN TREASURE HUNT$ - SPOTTED ON 13.FEBRUARY.2014

Ever since the revealed of the 8th Super T-HUNT$ - HW WORKSHOP #221 TWIN MILL (SPECTRAFLAME GREEN) which is on the late of January 2014, we now have spotted another upcoming Super T-HUNT$ which is in the 9th places in this year's mainline series - 2014 HW WORKSHOP #236 '64 Chevy Nova Station Wagon (SPECTRAFLAME BROWN) in U.S. LONG CARDED form. Check it out.

Not as what is expected for this next Super T-HUNT$ but a wise choice indeed. Only as a new casting/model in last year's (2013) mainline series and only 2 body colors were produced - METAFLAKE LITE BLUE & METAFLAKE RED. Yellow multi-flame body tampos found in both front side & top front bonnet of the vehicle with REAL RIDER RUBBER TIRES CHROME STEELIE WHEELS. The base is in CHROME painted plastic material.

Expecting this model to be released in late March 2014 probably in J Cases.

2014 HOT WHEELS LAMBORGHINI VENENO - SNEAK PEAK - SPOTTED ON: 13.FEBRUARY.2014

Hi everyone! First, i would like to wish you all HAPPY NEW YEAR & to those who celebrates CHINESE NEW YEAR, A HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR & WISH YOU ALL A PROSPEROUS YEAR AHEAD, OK ( Today is the 14th days of Chinese New Year celebration which is the 2nd last day - so its still not to late to wish a good wishes to all, ya :D ). Sorry for being away so long as life is always getting busy and busy for most of my life - i guess some people do too eh.. :) Anyway, Mattel has been busy as well mass producing so many new cars that til recently, i can't miss this for the world, which is Mattel has also finally gained the license to produced one of the world's most catching eyes super sport cars in the mankind history .. (well, maybe too much saying eh, but here it goes.. ) - LAMBORGHINI VENENO!! Another awesome add on to the Lamborghini's family. I have been praying so hard that one day, Mattel will produced this model and i know, so many people do too, right. Before Mattel, Kyosho & MR COLLECTION has already market their own brands for this model last year (2013). From 1:64 to 1:18 scale models, this model really looks delicious and really attracts people ..like a powerful magnetic suction! Which is why the name of this model is very obvious, 'VENENO' which also means 'POISON' in Spain. Let's skip the lesson & history and get right to the point, shall we. :)

The very 1ST model that has been spotted in this early stage only has the view on top surface and a little bit of side of this cool casting. Check it out.

Not just the body is made of diecast/metal material, the rear spoiler is also made of diecast too. And if you really look at it, it is really really detailed! It seems that the body color should be the same as the real model which i compared it in the picture shown above. If you take a closer look at the side of the model, you can actually see that the body tampo color - RED, WHITE & GREEN, is to be the exact same as the actual model. Since this is gonna be in the Hot Wheels mainline series, the wheels will be in plastic material and i have the picture that shown the use of the first wheels for this first NEW CASTING of 2014 that we will be seeing soon.

As shown in the pictures above, we now know that its gonna be brilliant to have chosen this standard type of wheels - RED CHROME RIM WITH BLACK DOUBLE 5 SPOKES (PR5) WHEELS, just like the first time when HOT WHEELS came out the very first LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR (ORANGE) with BLACK DOUBLE 5 SPOKES (PR5)WHEELS back in the year of 2012. The front wheels will be small and the rear is in large size. The designed is not just awesome on the outer look but also in the inside as well. Let's have a look.

This is not a laughing matter when it comes to designed for the finest car & quickly be recognized by most of Hot Wheels collectors around the world that this is the designed made by Mattel. Just look at the detailed especially the body chassis and the car's interior. Speechless.. For the windshield, i don't have a clear picture for it but it is in smoke tinted plastic windows which still visible to see inside the car's interior.

And lastly but not least, the bottom surface of the base has stamped a simple wording of 'Lamborghini Veneno' with no number indicates which quarter of this year that this model will be releasing.

Let's hope that we will see more angles for this model coming real soon, alright.

HOT WHEELS 2014 #29 ALFA ROMEO 8C COMPETIZIONE (BLACK) VARIANTS + ERRORS SPOTTED! - 1.DECEMBER.2013

One of the hottest looking models in 2014 is undoubtedly this model - ALFA ROMEO 8C COMPETIZIONE. The look itself is amazingly stunning, very sporty and yet very elegant indeed! I have been looking up and low to find out is there any variants found either in the net or the ones that i have in hands. And yes, finally there is! :D Check it out.

You might not notice it right away but if you take a moment and take a closer look, surely you will notice it. It takes me awhile though. I can't really say whether this has the early version and the late version for it as i received these cars in the same batch (same code for the C CASE series). You can always compare it with other base numbers to indicate whether there's any differences or not.

As for the various errors found in late November 2013 for 2014 MAINLINE C CASE series, as usual, there are wheels errors, position of the car inside the bubble / blister and some other possible errors that still hasn't been listed here. For now, here are some of the errors spotted til recently.
ERROR: WRONG POSITION IN BLISTER.

ERROR: WRONG FRONT WHEELS - CHROME RIM WITH BLACK MC5 WHEELS.
NOTE: STRANGELY, THIS WERE FOUND IN SHORT CARD VERSION.

ERROR: UNPAINTED REAR WHEELS - LARGE BLACK PR5 WHEELS.

ERROR: REAR SMALL WHEELS - CHROME PR5 WHEELS.

With the first edition of its body color - GLOSS BLACK, really a great choice for this kind of sporty model. Can't wait to see more exciting body tampos and new color shine upon it. Smoke tinted plastic windows just make it a perfect BLACK CAR and i love black so much! :D

HOT WHEELS 2014 #30 1990 HONDA CIVIC EF (RED) RE-INTRODUCTION + VARIOUS ERRORS SPOTTED UP-TO-DATE! - 20.DECEMBER.2014

Many of you might already seen this model over and over again but here, i would like to re-introduce this stunning model again before i proceed to reveal on all various kind of errors been spotted from first released in 2014 MAINLINE C CASE series til recently. At the beginning when it first released in mid of November 2013, there are no errors or variants spotted until late November 2013. So let's have a look at all angles (front, side, rear & top surface) of this model, shall we. :) I have added all the specifications on the details body tampos for the normal first body color - RED.

Now, since we are clear on the body tampos and all the normal condition on this model, let's get to the interesting part where we have spotted lots of various errors found specially on this model only. Most of the errors spotted were from U.S. LONG CARD EDITION & just one INTERNATIONAL LONG CARD found with one simple error. Let's begin with the simple errors found on front view.
ERROR: OUT OF POSITION FRONT HEADLIGHTS & SIGNAL LIGHTS.

ERRORS: MISSING FRONT HEADLIGHTS, RIGHT SIDE OF SIGNAL LIGHT
& SILVER HONDA LOGO.

These errors found below are from side view.
ERROR #1: EXTRA BLACK PAINT ON SIDE.

ERROR #2: EXTRA BLACK PAINT ON SIDE.

ERROR #3: EXTRA BLACK PAINT ON SIDE.
INTERNATIONAL LONG CARD EDITION

Now, let's look at a bit complex on the 'NOT FITTED' windows.
ERROR: CRUSHED FRONT ROOF TOP CAUSES UN-FITTED WINDOWS.

ERROR #1: NOT PROPER INSTALLED WINDOWS.

ERROR #2: NOT PROPER INSTALLED WINDOWS.

For side body tampos, there's all kinds of conditions such as out of position to missing some parts. Check it out.
ERROR: WAY OUT OF POSITION AT SIDE TAMPOS + FRONT SIDE SIGNAL LIGHT.

ERROR: MISSING BLACK WORDINGS 'VTEC' + ALMOST MISSING BLACK WORDINGS 'PROGRAMMED FUEL INJECTION'.

ERROR: MISSING ORANGE STRIPE.

ERROR #1: 2 CARS WITH MISSING SMALL PORTION OF METAL AT SIDE BODY.

ERROR #2: MISSING SMALL PORTION OF METAL AT SIDE BODY.

ERROR #3: MISSING SMALL PORTION OF METAL AT SIDE BODY.

ERROR: FLAT BLACK PAINTED SIDE FRAME WINDOW.

The next part, we will be looking at errors on wheels installed.
ERROR: UNPAINTED FRONT CHROME RIMS WITH TOTAL BLACK OH5SP WHEELS.

ERROR: UNPAINTED REAR CHROME RIMS WITH TOTAL BLACK OH5SP WHEELS.

ERROR: WRONGLY INSTALLED FRONT CHROME TRAP5 WHEELS.

As you can see, there's so many errors that sometimes hard to keep track for just 1 car model. So far, there are no error or variant spotted for short card edition. If these errors were to be obtain by just one collector, it would be fascinating to look upon on a view like museum-style collection eh.. :)

One of the interesting part of this model is the side body tampo that Mattel used are real genius indeed. When you look far away, you might not see whether is it just lines or wordings beside the 'DOHC' logo near front wheels. And it is wordings - PROGRAMMED FUEL INJECTION. Real cool huh.. Not just that, there's another tampo 'VTEC' which consists of very small lines within the wordings logo. If you check real close on those words, it is very detailed!

So, remember to check your collection to find out whether you have any of these errors or variant that could possibly be found, alright. I love error or variant cars as much as the normal ones. If you have any error or variant that you spotted, feel free to share it together, ok. :)
